I want to try a recipe from Shirley Corriher’s Cookwise. It is for oat bran muffins. She says it will bake 14 muffins (the batter is 1/3 cup per muffin). I don’t have a muffin tin but an 8 inch cake pan, a 9 inch cake pan, and a loaf pan.
Which one should I use? And how long should it take to bake. For muffins it is 20-25 minutes. What are your thoughts?
