I made this over the weekend. It’s the Designer Cherry Pie from PPB except I added 100 grams of blueberries for kicks. The flavor worked well together. I never saw Sour Cherries where I live so I got Sweet Cherries instead and cut the sugar by half. It worked well, the pie is delicious, not too sweet.
One thing I’m confused about is Rose said to make 18 leaves for the top - I didn’t count how many is in the book picture (couldn’t be 18). I think her leaves must be pretty narrow, mine’s a bit wider/fatter so I didn’t make as many.
