Hi Everyone! I have’nt done many postings in a while, personal duties kept me bound… ‘d chek the forum every now and then but maan, I missed not posting for such a LOONG time, smile

Wanted to share some of the pictures of the Yellow Butter Cupcakes frm the RHC that we baked for our annual Youth camps. Everyone enjoyed it so much..had a nice brown butter, nutty flavor to it and it just melted in the mouth! As you can see, some of them were baked in small Silicone moulds and a lot of people enjoyed the crisp outer edges of the cake.

They are adorable. I haven’t tried that recipe yet but your pictures make me want to go get silicone molds and bake them too. Thank you for sharing your pictures.

You’ll never regret baking them Flour girl! If your oven temp is precise, it bakes at 20 minutes sharp!

Yes, it is very precise. I have an independent thermometer in my oven. Thank you!! Precise timing is important to me. I will bake them. They look really good and I love the shapes.
