Am making some White Chocolate leaves for a dessert presentation…I don’t have my Cake Bible at the moment, can any of you tell me how I can store them after they are made.

I’ve made Chocolate leaves earlier and considering how humid it is in these parts, it was quite a daunting task…any tips would be of great help. Thanks.

I haven’t stored chocolate leaves before, but I have stored chocolate shards, and they are also very delicate.  I’ve simply put them in a plastic container in the fridge, and they stayed nice and crisp and fresh.
