Hi All

Am planning on purchasing an immersion blender ‘coz I really want my ganaches and sauces to look satiny and shiny with no air bubbles trapped and have that picture perfect look…what are the factors to look out for when you buy one for the stated purposes?

I read in a previous link where Paul mentioned getting one with a powerful motor..there are so many Indian brands (since am frm India, thats the market am looking at) that have a 300 watt motor and 250 watt motor..is there anything else that I need to look out for?

Another doubt, will the food processor yield similar results to a glossy ganache just like the immersion blender? ‘coz if it does, and since I already own one,I’d rather invest in some other baking equipment on my wish list.Thanks.
