Hi All,
I cannot remember where, but I thought Rose had recommended a baking stone that was enameled and washable.  Does anyone remember which brand it was?  I cannot!  long face

The only one I’ve seen is the Emile Henry one: http://www.amazon.com/Emile-Henry-Flame-Pizza-Stone/dp/B003UI8B2S/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1315060227&sr=8-1

But I don’t remember Rose ever recommending it- I’m going to go check and see if I see it in any of her books.

Thank you!  I couldn’t remember the manufacturer.  I pored over The Bread Bible and couldn’t find the reference, but this is just what I was looking for.  They also have an Emile Henry Flame Top Grilling & Baking Stone that is 18” x 14”.  cool smile
