I have started a small business from home to make birthday cakes. I have an order of making Fresh cream Black forest cake for a birthday in a size of 14x14 and 2 layers. Can any one suggest what size cake pan I should use to make it easy.
And the other question is the customer wants the name to be written on the fresh cream frosting? I have not done that before so not quite sure if we can do it by fresh cream and if yes can you please please guide me?
