I am planning on making hot fudge to give out as gifts this year (instead of Jam like always) but i have no idea what the shelf life of this stuff is. Does anyone know about how long fudge containing these ingredients might last?
Sugar,
Chocolate
Evap Milk
Butter
Vanilla

ANd should i put the jars in boiling water to make them last even LONGER? Or does that not matter?
