So, I’ve made something really dumb: I made a chocolate cake and glazed it with ganache when I realized I forgot to take it out the pan! :O
Does anybody know how can I get the cake out in mint condition? Maybe I can freeze it to make the ganache set, and then let it thaw in room temp before eating?
edit: Oh, it has parchment on the bottom and it has came away from the sides of the pan, so what I’m worried about is the beautiful top!
