OMG, I think you’re right! Hopefully Rose will include one in her Baking Bible. 
I, too, think of cobbler as a pie/pastry-type thing, but maybe it shares more in common with cake. I’ll bet the sweet, crunchy cake from the RHC blueberry-plum upside down cake would make a great cobbler top. Now I want to go try it
