I’ve just been asked to do a wedding cheesecake and will be doing Rose’s. My concern is how long the cake can be displayed at the reception. It will be sandwiched in Buscuit Roulade, covered in buttercream and fondant. I’ve been googling all morning and am coming up with very little. Can anyone help me with how long it can be displayed prior to serving? I know it can’t be out for long, but how long? And does anyone have suggestions that has done this?
