I purchased a shortbread stone ages ago (on sale) and I was wondering if anyone has used them to bake shortbread?  If so, were you pleased with the results?  Did you do any special preparation to the stone?

My friend have one of those and she often use it when we’re baking shortbread on their house. The outcome is of the bread is good and I think that it is good ware for baking shortbread.
