Just a vent but maybe someone can help.
After years of using just Pam in my cake pans with no problems, suddenly all my bundt cake stick especially on the bottom.
I stopped using the grease/flour method after taking a few classes from Wilton. I really hate to go back to using shortening/flour/oil no stick so does anyone have a solution?
Thanks and I enjoy reading your posts and Rose’s blog so much!

Try Baker’s Joy spray, or a spray containing flour. Works well for me.

I made 2 bundt cakes yesterday. Used Baker’s Joy and they slid right out with no sticking at all.

Thanks, I bought the Baker’s Joy product but did not know about Wilton’s cake release. Will try that also. Fortunately, I stopped trying to get the cake out and left it upside down all night. The next day I used a rubber spatula to dig it out. There was minimal damage but that’s okay because I was serving it already sliced anyway. Love you for the suggestions. :D

Bundt cake turned out beautifully! I don’t know what happens but techniques I’ve used for years suddenly stop working. The Baker’s Joy did turned it around though. Hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas!
