Both recipe has a little change in ingredients quantity. Made velvet fudge cake and it was very good, now want to make fudge cake for some one so thinking which one would be best?  is the chocolate velvet fudge cake (RHC) is revised addition of fudge cake(TCB)?

I haven’t made the Chocolate Fudge Cake yet, so I can’t give you a comparison, but the Chocolate Velvet Cake (RHC) is simply the Perfect All American Chocolate Butter Cake (TCB) scaled-up for a bundt pan (plus marzipan candles).

I love that cake!  I know the Chocolate Fudge Cake is the favorite of many and hope to make it soon, myself.

If you make the velvet fudge cake from RHC try and use a silicone pan.  It actually does make a difference.  It is soooooooooooo good!  A little raspeberry puree or caramel drizzled on top is pure perfection:)
