I am a bread baking enthusiast with a new site to share. My mini campaign is to show the world that real bread can be made by anyone in any home kitchen, with whatever time you can spare. In order to share my ideas, recipes, techniques and schedules from my home kitchen I regularly write and publish on mybreadandbrot.com.
The bread recipes that I proudly publish are all tried and tested and I only publish recipes those recipes that I know work out well and provide my readers with a satisfying real loaf. For this reason, my bread recipe collection is rather modest at just over 50, buts its steadily growing and I am proud of the quality of my bakes, which includes a variety of yeast breads, sourdoughs, artisan breads, sweet breads and contemporary unique breads.
