Can someone clarify the raspberry mousseline buttercream recipe for me please? Tcb recipe States to add up to 3/4 cup of roses raspberry puree. Is that in addition to the 3 oz of liquor? Or is the liquor recomended for the plain version only? Also, I ‘ll have some leftover raspberry puree and I wanted to make the raspberry cloud cream. How important is it to start with unsweetened puree? Mine is already sweetened :(
