Chocolate covered home made Strawberry Marshmallows

I made these today… This recipe has egg whites w/c I love.  Make the mallows frim together w/ the gelatin:

Those look divine.  I’ve never made homemade marshmallows, but I’ve feared they could be a terrible mess—how bad is it?  smile

How did you flavour with strawberry?

It is not difficult,  but you need to have a candy thermometer to get the correct temp. for the sugar, water and corn syrup mixture b4 mixing it w/ the gelatin,  then into the meringue.. it is fun to make actually..  not hard to make.  But it has to set for 8 hours b4 cutting.  smile
