One of the results of my various testing of Red Velvet.  Here using a heart shaped Red Velvet pan.  I definitely prefer whoopie pie without the pan since the pan put an edge you do not get with Rose’s Whoopie Pie recipe from RHC.

Oh, those are cute.  I agree, though, I love a cookie-sheet mounded whoopie.  However, you can’t get much cuter than a heart shape for a red velvet one!!!

Thank you all.  I tried to do a heart shape with the pan…it did not work out very well.
