Has anyone ever used this cocoa?  Looks like it would be an interesting choice for those seeking an extremely dark cocoa!

I guess this is similar to the Hershey’s Special Dark Dutch processed cocoa powder. Although the Hershey’s site doesn’t state that it will produce drier baked goods.

I have never seen this product before either. The price seems reasonable. Interesting…

King Arthur carries a product they call ‘black cocoa’. When they started carrying it, they suggested mixing it with another cocoa for flavor. Now they sell it straight or blended with Guittard cocoa.
