Gluten free orange chiffon cake

Hi Everyone,

I was wondering if any one has made a gluten free orange chiffon cake and just used gluten free flour instead of what Rose’s recipe requires. Also I heard that if you use gluten free flour I needed to add xanthum gum?

Any suggestions?

It’s worth a try- if it were me, I wouldn’t add xanthum gum for a sponge cake, they work with a variety of flours.
