I have some geman cake sheets that I want to use as individual desserts. I use Cocoa Rouge from EG so the cake is very chocolaty. What kind of fruit and mousse can pair with german cake?

Do you mean the German Chocolate Cake from RHC? If so, it’s great with strawberry cloud cream, or anything caramel, or anything coffee, or anything vanilla… you get the picture
