Those are beautiful. Pizzelles are my favorite cookie in the world—especially really thin browned ones with a good amount of anise in them!!!

Those look scrumptious!

Thank you.Pizzelles are the best… so easy and taste great.. and can be made into different things like ice cream cones and thngs like that..

There’s a recipe in Rose’s cookie book for brandy snaps that are lilke a cannoli shell made out of toffee- they are one of my all-time favorite cookies.

I got the Pizzelle recipe from the booklet that I got when I bought the Pizzelle maker..  I do not have a cookbook w/ this Pizzelle.

For the filling,  I used the new DUncan Hines Frosting Creations using Chocolate Almond flavor but I just lightened it w/ real whipped heavy cream to lessen the sweetness and that made it fluffy,  airy and a lot less sweet.
