Hey guys-

I set the goal to cook through Rose’s Heavenly Cakes in a year and tonight, after a marathon of 7 cakes in a day, I completed my final cake and met my goal! I saved the Bernachon Palet d’or gateau for last since its her cover cake. Julie- people ask me that all of the time and I have such a hard time because there were SO MANY great ones.  Top five include the pure pumpkin cheesecake, st. honore trifle, zach’s la bomba, lemon poppyseed sour cream cake, and mud turtle cupcakes. YUM. But there are so many others to include in the list too- it’s hard to choose!
