Hi.  Just noticed Costco.ca is selling Galerie Au Chocolat callets for about $1 per 100 g—has anyone ever tried this chocolate?  They say it’s Belgian, but that’s by no means a mark of quality!  I’m excited to find a reasonable price for chocolate (ok—still need to buy 10 kg, but still, it’s almost 1/2 the price of the bulk Callebaut I can get here).  It almost looks like Callebaut, but I have no idea if it is/is not.  If I could try smaller amounts I’d maybe go for it, but I don’t want to be out $100 for lousy chocolate, if that turns out to be the case.

If you are a member Costco will refund your money on anything you return. If you don’t like it, you can return it regardless of how much remains. They are great on returns.
