Thank u so much… it is not difficult, just a bit tedious because you have to bake the neck from the body separate.. I used a small round piping tip for the necks by piping a Pate Sioux shaped like a question mark w/ the dot on top for the head and a big round tip for the body… Just use any cream puff recipe you have and any kind of filling. This is used Strawberry cream filling..
