This is just an FYI. I want to know if someone ever caught an error in this recipe found in RHC? In the list of ingredients by weight, superfine sugar and cake flour were noted at 150 ounces rather than in grams. Thanks.

It’s not obvious but if you search the blog for errata Rose has corrections listed.
