I just made the English Muffins in the Bread Bible and oh my they are delectable!!! I did substitute 1/2 cup whole wheat flour for 1/2 cup of the bread flour and that added just the flavor that I like. I also let the shaped muffins sit for 8 hours in the fridge. I think next time I may add cinnamon and raisins to the mix.
