We had a Graduation Party at my house yesterday.. I made Cake pops,  French Macaron pops and homemade Strawberry Marshmallows topped w/ coconut and melted chocolate.  I also served a lot of fruit, hot dogs and sandwiches a lot of 13-14 yrs. 8th graders.. they had a blast eating and swimming..

Strawberry marshmallows sounds abnormally good! And very nice decoration on this photo

Yes! That is how i like them, i dont like when i eat how you say “rubbery” , it is so disappointing

What recipe did you use for marshmallows?  Last summer I tried several (in a quest to create the ultimate s’more experience) but non seemed to work out very well.  Was it humid when you made this batch?  And how did you flavor them?

Hi Julie,  Thank you ....I always use the recipe that calls for egg whites where I whip up the egg whites into meringue,  then add the syrup and gelatin mixture after the syrup reaches 250 degrees.  It works out great for me every time.  I like the egg white taste and consistency.  It make it more sturdy and tastey.  I just used ordinary Strawberry extract for the flavor and the coloring gel.

Yeah,  it was my son’s 8th grade class.  with all the sugar,  they were so hyper.  thanks again.
