I got a very good chocolate mousse cake for my birthday last Friday. I have a lot leftovers and I was wondering if anyone knows if I can freeze the cake. It is double chocolate mousse cake.

if it was a bought cake, it really depends if the bakery has already frozen the cake previously or how many days it has been sitting already.

but I would do it, and try it.
