I am a proud older cousin.  My little cousin (16 is little) is in San Jose about to compete in the Gymnastics Trails.  In the US this will air June 29, and July 1 (9pm EST).

Thank you all….I want the entire Internet rooting for her…especially if the makes it to the Olympics.  This is her first and last opp as she plans to go to school for bio medical engineering.    uh…whatever that is. 

I was going to make a cake when I was going to talk a friend into inviting me over to watch their TV…..but it is 9pm so I will just go to my sisters.  SHe does not need cake (nor do I).

Elizabeth Price completed 4th All Around in the Trials and was selected as an alternate to the Women’s Olympic Team.  Fortunately, she was not needed.  Gabby, McKayla, Aly, Jordyn, and Kyla were great.  Since then Elizabeth competed and won first in two back to back World Cups in Stuttgart and Glasgow.  She has now been selected to compete in the America Cup.  She is interviewed often now…this is one of the latest:

Yes, it is absitively (made that word up) fantastic.  Unfortunately, Ebee was hurt in practice recently and will miss the America Cup - deciding to ensure she recovers fully as there are other events coming in 2013.
