Do I want to bake a small Mom’s Chocolate Cake and a small DCP or a small one of these and a small of something else. Two is fairly decided.

If you haven’t tried the Miette’s Tomboy cake yet, you might like it. It’s a moist chocolate oil cake baked in a 6” pan. It calls for a 3” deep pan, you could construct a collar from parchment/foil to extend a 2” pan.

The Tomboy is a great cake and one of my faves from RHC! It’s a bit dense, dark, moist, and great flavour!
