I know that we don’t like to give out Rose’s recipes but I am on vacation at my parent’s house and I didn’t bring my cookbook and my mom would like me to make carrot cake cupcakes for her party this weekend.  Could someone pm the carrot cake recipe from RHC?  I brought a scale to make my birthday cake (today!!!) so the weight measurement would be preferred.  Also, what size pan it fills.  Thank you all so much!

I’ve sent the recipe for the cake but just realized you may have needed the buttercream recipe as well. Please let me know if you do and I’ll send that as well.
