Need cupcake recipes that use vegetable oil instead of butter

hello any cupcake recipes out there that calls for vegetable oil instead of butter. I think the oil makes the cupcakes more moist. Surfing the internet the recipes usually call for butter or shortening. Love to bake. Thank you in advance

Hello Caejam , Welcome

Rose’s Heavenly Cakes has a refrigerator banana cake, carrot cake, pumpkin cake that uses oil. You may try these in cupcake size. Also, there is a baby grand (chocolate) cupcake. Her red velvet cake uses butter and oil. There maybe more but that is what I can think of.

If you do not have Rose’s Heavenly Cakes you may try the library or get in for Kindle or Kindle for PC.

I believe The Cake Bible has a nice Zucchini cupcake recipe using oil.
