Cheesecake question (size of pans)

Hi. I’d like to make a cheesecake using Rose’s recipe but if I remember correctly, the recipe calls for a 8-inch pan. I only have a 9-inch cheesecake pan. Do I have to adjust the amount of batter and/or baking time? By how much?

Also, is it possible to use one of those store-bought graham cracker crusts?

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
