Gender Neutral Baby Cake

hi!

Apparently this is popular, my friend asked me to make a gender neutral cake for the baby’s party, the gender would be announced at the party…
so I chose Lavender and white fondant, with fondant teddy bear, and alphabet cubes.
The bear was made the morning of the party (brunch) so it kindda compressed on itself, but it was cute

baby is a girl, so I colored 1 cake layer pink- oh it was fun!

Very cute, I agree. I thought the floppy bear was intentional (and lovable) Great to have one pink layer that is revealed as a surprise once the gender is announced!

When I made baby shower cakes shown here, even when it is definitely know whether it is a boy or a girl , I still make some of them neutral unless it is 100% sure .. the diaper bag I made this past year w/c was my latest baby shower cake..
