Not to make anyone panic. But we have discussed traces of alcohol, nuts, salmonella and other things we worry about when feeding a crowd. Please be aware that latex allergies are so prevalent that most of the medical industry has changed to nitrile gloves. It seems that they always ask about latex allergies in medical situations.
So, in the interest of safety, you might want to make sure you aren’t using real “latex” gloves. Switch to something that is vinyl or poly (a quick look at food service gloves mentions those materials).
