Hi Everybody,
I have been buying Swan Down cake flour to bake with Rose?s recipes, but SD is too pricey at the store now. I searched online and found the
Sno-King from honeyvillegrain.com

Have you guys ever using this kind of cake flour? I bake my cakes from Rose’s book most of the time, so I don’t know this cake flour will affect her recipes?
Also, for you guys are doing this as business, where do you buy your cake flour?
Thanks for your feedback.

Bean, I use Soft As Silk cake flour. I get it at Walmart.  It cost approximately $3/32 oz box. It is more expensive in regular supermarkets than it is at Walmart.

You can substitute bleached AP flour + cornstarch for cake flour.
