Thank you for asking. YES ! I won First Place Best or Most Creative…. I was so glad that the main judge was a Pastry Chef from Just Desserts in San Francisco who clearly recognize what my entry is about and he really took the time to explain why he loved my entry. I was hoping for a judge like him, and not someone who just works in the office and not very knowledgable about desserts and the process it takes to make them.. he just made my day.. at last someone who knows what he is doing .. here is my entry..
It was Parisian Macarons filled w/ white chocolate ganache w/ Rose Water and fresh raspberries AND semi sweet chocolate ganache w/ toasted hazelnut that I toasted and grounded myself.. I decorated them w/ melted white piped chocolate.. :0
