Hello everyone! This is my 4th attempt at a tiered cake and first try at gumpaste! Had loads of fun making it! Hope you like it! Yellow Cake with Strawberry Mousseline BC for filling and White Chocolate Mousseline for the exterior.

Wow, you do wonderful work! The mousseline is smooth and the swiss dots look perfect. Your gumpaste looks professional!
