Hi - I was about to purchase these for my daughter when I remembered Rose was producing some pretty ones, and recalled her saying they could be found at Harold’s. I went there on-line and didn’t find them. Does anyone know where they are to be found?

Also, while I am here: I seem to recall Rose recommending Chicago Metallic for the checkerboard cake pan sets?

I’ve been waiting for these to come out - are they sold in retail stores?  I’d rather buy them locally and save on shipping if possible.

Although, I must say, every time I bake Rose’s All Occasion Yellow Cake, it bakes up flat and even. I even made it in 2 half sheet pans, and it still baked up completely flat from end to end. I adore that recipe.

Julius, you are a wonder ... is there anything you can’t find???

but rose’s only fit a 9 inch round and an 8 inch square. i use my bake even strips on everything but cheesecake, so, i think i’ll stick with the traditional ones for now.

I agree - I don’t like to have 2 of this kind and 5 of that, so until these are available in multiple sizes, I’ll stick with the fabric ones.

You should see me madly dashing about in circles in the morning, when I can’t find my keys to leave the house.

I have a set of insulated cake pans that make these strips unnecessary—I got them at Wanamaker’s in Philadelphia several years ago and can’t find them anymore.  The bottom says PAT 4595120, which I assume is a patent number.  They would be worth a search as they are wonderful.

I saw them a few weeks ago at the Chef’s Warehouse in Wallingford, CT.  They were the same price as amazon.
