Hey all,
I just made a batch of gingerbread cookies, which included fresh orange and lemon juice, and it turned out green!!!  (I remember 20 years ago I made blueberry muffins which turned out green… Again, I have no idea why.) I’ve made this recipe once before, and this did NOT happen. ANy ideas what is going on?

The only thing that comes to mind is eggs reacting with aluminum (beater?).  Might have other ideas if we knew the recipe.
