I have been searching and thinking about this special form pan for my favorites cookies. I can’t find it anywhere. If anyone ever seen this type PLEASE LET ME KNOW… Here are some images…

Try King Arthur, I bought the walnut shaped molds through their web site. They even give several recipes with the molds.
