Hello everyone, I know that recently someone posted a couple of companies producing bleached cake flour in the UK, but I forgot to book mark them. Can anyone remember?

I don’t believe that anyone in the UK is selling bleached cake flour….not legal, from what I understand. Instead, people are selling heat-treated cake flour which has similar performance to bleached cake flour.  Here is a post that mentions the sellers:
