I love everything about Rose’s Heavenly Cakes except for the absence, for the most part, of storage instructions (unbelievable helpful info in the Cake Bible). CAn the gateau breton be frozen successfully? Anyone know?  Many thanks.

I would guess that it can, but I haven’t tried it.  Rose and Woody are sure to have an answer if you ask over on the blog
