I sure didn’t! Happy choco cake day! On this day of chocolate cake, I am thankful for the PAACBC (and Torte) and the Chocoalte Fudge Cake—my favorite choco cakes in the world. Actually, I think they’re the only chocolate cakes I like!
I didn’t make a choco cake today, but I bought about 5 lbs of chocolate. I was shopping at Target, and the choco I buy at my groc costs about 40% less there, so I went a little crazy. Pomegranites were $1 less, too, so I stocked up on those, as well!
On this National Chocolate Cake Day….I resolve to resume my chocolate cake testing (after Valentine’s Day). I will make certain I try the two you mentioned Anne.

I love eggs! You know, but not as much as my sister. When she was little, she used to beg the babysitter to make them for her 6 at a time. “But I can’t! Your mother will be furious with me!” However, my sister, who is quite a wonderful charmer with very cute dimples, always talked her into it.
