I’m Allister, joining the forum as part of the 2013 resolution-list, the wish to brush up on my culinary skills, and do so through a discussion instead of the guidebooks! I’m a fan of Spanish and Italian cousine, while home made desserts/cakes (ideally with a family recipe) is what I am slightly loco about. Here to engage, learn and contribute!
