I melted 8 ounces of bittersweet (bars) for some icing and then changed my mind and made a vanilla buttercream. I poured the chocolate into a container and now it’s in the fridge. So I’m wondering if I need to leave it in the fridge or now that’s it solidified can I just put it back on the shelf with my other chocolate. And should I use it within a certain amount of time? Any tips would be most appreciated! Emilie

You can just put it back on the shelf with your other chocolate…. just store it like you always do smile.

I would only if the chocolate hasn’t lost its temper!!!  It is a technical word for chocolate, by the way.
