For example, it could be made out of beet peelings rather than chemicals.

Beet peelings ARE chemicals. Everything you eat is chemicals. My point is that you can’t make intelligent decisions by merely comparing natural vs man-made, you have to make your decisions based on evidence. The word “natural” is an emotional appeal, rather than one based on reason.

BTW, there are red M&Ms;, I saw it at the store and in commercial.

Sorry, I think I misunderstood your post.  You’re not saying that natural ingredients are just as bad as over-processed, man-made ingredients, you’re saying that you need to read the label and do your research before you think that just the label saying “natural” means anything.  Which I completely agree with.
