I did!  Plus, I now have some American cake flour so watch this space!!!  Which cake shall I make first?  I want a sure fire success, I’ve waited so long to get my hands on this magic commodity!!!!  Suggestions will be considered from anyone interested. tongue laugh

Jeanette, I was really suprised by how much I enjoyed the Sour Cream Coffee Cake (including the optional apples), it’s definitely worth a little of that flour if you need a breakfast or brunch cake for something!

Chocolate Domingo cake or the White Velvet cake. Good luck Jeannette!!!! I’m sure you won’t be disappointed with the flour not to mention the convenience of not having to microwave it.  smile

Jeanette,  Are you going to do any side-by-side comparison baking using your Cake Flour and our regular unbleached plain flour?  Please do and post the results!
