I want to purchase a good cookbook holder for thick cookbooks.  Does anyone have any recommendations?

For me , I bought that metal easel, the one used in home decorating that holds those platters for decorations. It works well for me.  They would be found in picture frame department or where they frame pictures.

I use my iPad. I take photos of the recipe pages. Then I can just swipe across the screen to turn pages.

This is the cookbook holder recommended by Cook’s Illustrated. The claim is that it holds any book.

I saw this one on Amazon (they have a ton). I thought it was neat because not only does it have the splatterguard it rotates, so if you’re move down the counter you can just turn it towards you.
